### Terms and Conditions for Travel Agent Registration
By registering as a travel agent on \[tourpackage.my] (the "Platform"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sales Lead Disclaimer
* \[Your Platform Name] provides a platform for travel agents to list and promote their tour packages. However, we do not guarantee any sales leads, conversions, or specific business results. The success of generating leads and bookings will depend on the visibility, quality, and attractiveness of your tour packages, as well as the effectiveness of your marketing and promotional efforts.
2. Use of Points
* Upon registration, agents will be granted a certain number of points for package submissions, as outlined in the promotional offer. Points are used to extend the visibility and duration of your package listings on the Platform.
* Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances.
* Any unused points after the specified period (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 120 days) will expire. It is the responsibility of the agent to ensure they utilize their points within the validity period.
3. Agent Verification and Approval
* All travel agents are required to provide valid credentials (e.g., MATTA or MOTAC certification) for verification purposes. Your account and tour packages will not be published or made visible until the verification process is complete.
4. Package Listing Approval
* Upon successful registration and approval, travel agents may submit their tour packages for listing on the Platform. All submitted packages will be automatically approved for publication, unless deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or violating the Platform's terms.

5. Reporting and Complaints

6. Amendments
